Contact Us

Get in touch with the 99coupons.ai team. Email editorial for broken codes, partners for merchant listings, or hello for anything else.

We read every email. There is no ticketing queue, no chatbot, and no offshore call center sitting between you and us. Just six people across four time zones, taking turns on the inbox. The editorial team usually responds within a day, sometimes the same hour if it lands during European working time.

Whether you found a code that did not work, you run a store you would like us to cover, or you are a journalist trying to understand how our verification pipeline actually works, the right address is below. We would rather you write us a slightly messy email today than a perfectly polished one next week.

Found a broken code?

This is the number one reason people write in, and honestly, it is the email we care about most. Coupon codes break for boring reasons all the time. Merchants quietly retire promos, regional restrictions kick in, minimum cart values change, or a code gets capped at a certain number of redemptions and burns out by Tuesday afternoon.

If a code did not work at checkout, send a note to editorial@99coupons.ai with three small things:

  • The store name and the page on 99coupons.ai where you found the code
  • The exact code you tried
  • What happened at checkout (was it expired, region-locked, minimum order issue, or just silently rejected?)

We will investigate within 24 hours, pull the code if it is dead, and re-verify the rest of the store's offers while we are in there. If you want a heads-up when we find a working replacement, just say so in your email and we will reply directly.

Are you a merchant who wants to be listed?

If you run a store and you would like us to cover your codes, write to partners@99coupons.ai. Tell us a little about the brand, where you ship, and what kinds of promotions you typically run.

One thing to be upfront about: we do not do pay-to-play. We do not accept money to feature codes, hide negative reviews, or skip verification steps. Every offer goes through the same pipeline regardless of who is asking, which means a store getting added through partnership outreach gets the exact same treatment as a store one of our editors found on their own. Some merchants love this. Others find it frustrating. We think it is the only honest way to run a coupon site.

Press, podcasts, interviews

For media inquiries, journalist questions, podcast bookings, or research requests, reach us at press@99coupons.ai. We are happy to talk on the record about how our verification methodology works, why we combine AI with human editorial review, and what we have learned about the coupon ecosystem from sitting inside it.

We try to respond within two business days. If you are on deadline, put the timeline in the subject line and we will do our best to bump you to the top of the queue.

Privacy or legal questions

For anything related to our terms of service, privacy policy, affiliate disclosures, GDPR requests, or other legal matters, please write to legal@99coupons.ai. This inbox is monitored by a smaller group, so response times are a little longer (typically two to three business days), but every message gets a real reply from a real person.

Everything else

Not sure which inbox fits? Just send it to hello@99coupons.ai. We read this one every weekday and route things internally if they belong somewhere else. Suggestions, feedback, feature requests, bug reports about the site itself, kind words, harsh words, weird ideas: all welcome.

Where we work

We are a small distributed team of six, spread across four time zones from the west coast of the Americas to South Asia. There is no head office and no corporate parent. Our server lives in a Hetzner data center in Ashburn, Virginia — physically close to most of our American readers, an ocean away from most of our team.

The whole team meets every Monday to triage broken-code reports, talk through which stores need fresh verification, and argue about which merchants deserve to be added next. If you have written in recently, there is a good chance your email came up by name. That is the part of the job we like most.
